Custom Order Inquiry
Our normal production time for custom items is 10-14 days. These items are made exclusively for you upon order, so some items may take longer than others. We try our best to deliver your item within two weeks from the date the order is placed.
If you change your mind and want to cancel all or part of your order, just contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of us receiving your order. If Splash of Shine has collected a deposit and we receive your cancellation within 24 hours of payment, we will refund the entire deposit. Splash of Shine reserves the right to retain 25% of any deposit, if the cancellation request is received after the specified time period. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns on custom orders (created for a specific event, i.e. wedding, anniversary, prom etc.) will not be accepted after the event date, under any circumstances.
