We are please to provide our customers with beautiful, affordable jewelry.  We appreciate and value all feedback. Ultimately, your comments and/or suggestions help us to serve you better.

In an attempt to keep our designs "affordable", we use sterling silver, vermeil, silver-plated, gold-plated, and other base metals, which may tarnish.  We recommend using a polishing cloth and storing your jewelry in an airtight container or plastic bag to maintain the shine. If you prefer 100% sterling silver or gold-filled findings, or are allergic to certain metals, just let us know.  We can certainly create designs especially for you, at the market price of such materials.

Return Policy

We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise and strive to bring you the best quality product at an affordable price.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return all or part of your order within 7 days, from date of purchase, (in the original, as new condition) for a refund of your purchase price.  Returns on custom orders (created for a specific event, i.e. wedding, anniversary, prom etc.) will not be accepted after the event date, under any circumstances.  All clearance items are final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.  

 

We cannot accept jewelry pieces for return, replacement, and/or refund because of tarnishing.

 

We will, however, repair any item, for a period of up to thirty (30) days from purchase date, should there be faults in workmanship or materials.  If your jewelry is damaged due to mishandling, repairs can be done upon request for a fair repair fee to be determined by Splash of Shine, Jewelry Designs & Accessories.

 

Be sure to contact us with your intention before returning. Please repack merchandise securely, including the invoice and ship prepaid to Splash of Shine, 12242 Salvia Way, San Diego, CA 92129.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Customer is responsible for insuring the return order.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.  Kindly, write your reason for returning the merchandise on the invoice.  The cost will be refunded upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Cancellations

If you change your mind and want to cancel all or part of your order, just contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of us receiving your order.  If Splash of Shine has collected a deposit and we receive your cancellation within 24 hours of payment, we will refund the entire deposit.  Splash of Shine reserves the right to retain any deposit, if the cancellation request is received after the specified time period.  Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically by our shopping cart software.  Charges are based on weight of the item(s) in your order, including packaging.  After adding items to the shopping cart, click the "check out" button.  Please, complete both shipping and billing addresses and your total will be clearly displayed on our checkout page.
